Kansas City Murder Uncounted??? Plaza Hobo Meets Tragic Demise Below Bridge!!!

What could be the latest local murder given that this spot is mostly populated by hobo junkies looking for a few bucks from oncoming traffic and doing all kinds of horrible things below the bridge and in plain sight for anybody who doesn't immediately look away in order to avoid throwing a couple of bucks their way: Police investigate whether man fell to his death near Plaza
