At the excavation site of this building in the year 4120: "And here we have a typical example of meaningless Kansas, cracker-boy architecture."
Anyone else notice how quickly the controversy concerning how much the City overpaid for the facility (and who they paid the excessive amount to) died? That's the REAL story, not the half-baked plans to spend even more for a facility no one needs and which they're struggling to even find legitimate uses for.
