"In 2001 Byron Case was charged with a grisly murder from three years prior, based on the "eyewitness" testimony of a desperate, grudge-bearing ex girlfriend. Not one shred of physical or forensic evidence was presented that connected Byron to the crime. Yet he was tried, convicted, and sentenced to "Life Without Parole" for the 1997 Murder."
