Vape Shops Clouding Midtown Kansas City

The reality here is that despite so much hype about the new digital economy and Kansas City biz growth . . . The real growth industry in Midtown Kansas City is selling bongs and other smoking accessories now that casual use of marijuana is pretty much legal . . . For white people at least. You decide: Vape shops have invaded KC. Are they here for good?
