TKC TOLD YOU SO!!! ARSON CHARGES IN KANSAS CITY NORTHEAST INDEPENDENCE AVE. DOUBLE FIRE FIGHTER DEATH!!!

TKC NOTE: This one isn't a surprise for our blog community because we told everybody about forthcoming charges a couple of weeks ago. Here's the official statement for the masses...
Also, this is more important than all the idiots talking about a baseball game today:
Woman charged in firefighters’ deaths

A Kansas City woman has been charged with recklessly starting the fire in a building on Independence Avenue on October 12, 2015, resulting in the deaths of two Kansas City firefighters, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
Thu Hong Nguyen, 43, faces one count of Arson 1st Degree and two counts of Murder 2nd Degree or Felony Murder because the two firefighters died as a result of the Arson.*
According to court records, a federal fire investigator for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives stated that he believes, as an expert in fire origin and caused determinations, that the fire on Oct. 12, 2015 originated in the northeast corner of the LN Salon and Spa at 2614 Independence Avenue. The defendant stated to investigators that she left the salon the night of the fire; subsequent investigation established that she was the last occupant of the salon. The defendant told investigators she received insurance proceeds from other recent fires. The fire on Oct. 12, 2015, resulted in the deaths of two firefighters, Larry Leggio and John Mesh.
Prosecutors have requested a bond of $2 million.

Developing . . .
Death penalty?
ReplyDeleteWhen you're anything other than Black your insurance claims will be paid. Forget that the large majority of Insurance claims are filed by unscrupulous, rainbow chasing White people. Now, Asians are in on the game. Setting fires for money because business is not so good. How original?!
ReplyDeleteAr$on paid off for her previously. Nobody died the first times she did it. So to her, it's 'easy money.'
ReplyDeleteThere was no reason for her to think it wouldn't pay off again, so why not?
Incredibly stupid woman.
If guilty, I can only hope that there will be a murder charge. This is horrible.
ReplyDeleteDid you not read the article? She was charged with murder
Delete^^^^^^^^^ Fucking asshole
ReplyDeleteThis really sounds like a no Nguyen situation for all involved.
ReplyDeleteWhat is asshole about it @5:52. If this woman is guilty of arson for two firefighters then she deserves to be charged with their murders. That is justice. I will respect the process but I will not forgive murder just because of political correctness.
ReplyDeleteWhy are you and others commenting without reading the article? SHE WAS CHARGED WITH MURDER PEOPLE!!!!
DeleteRight!!!! Read the article Before putting any comments
DeleteHere's the more important question for you TKC. If this was arson and then the deaths were murder and that's two more homicides this year in KCMO.
ReplyDeleteCount them.
I bet 5:32 was talking about 5:29
ReplyDeleteIs it too early to burn this woman at the stake? We can wait till after the trial.
ReplyDeleteWell I wonder what sort of plea deal Mean Jean will do on this crime?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure she will muck it up like she does everything else.
She has yet to deal with that guy who killed 5 last year.
I don't know, I'm not defending the lady, but the government has a long history of Patsy's.
ReplyDeleteTKC was ready to charge the owner with murder, wanton endangerment, neglect, everything but being a nigger.
ReplyDeleteTKC told us nothing.
Oh, bull, Tony! You told us two weeks ago that the fire was under investigation. What a news flash!
ReplyDelete5:29: Raycis much?
ReplyDeleteI hate black people too. I'm just pointing out the fact that white people generally get away with murder... or Asians or any other nationality. Nobody is persecuted in the media more than Black people. And if you think that's racist, don't shoot the messenger, white people set that up too.
DeleteThis is a messed up situation, I agree with the others, there needs to be a murder charge.
ReplyDeleteREAD THE ARTICLE!!! She was charged with murder
DeleteBy the way, Tony. You were so on top of this case that you were hours behind every media in town in reporting that charges were actually filed.
ReplyDeleteSome "tipsters" you got.
^^^^^^
ReplyDeleteI read it first on TKC. I don't bother with the lame stream. We know you're obsessed with TKC but give it a rest. This case is more important than you man crush.
The more important questions are, should we press for murder charges? And will Peters Baker let this woman escape on a plea, like she did Finn?
I only agree with TKC on one point. This is the more important story and right now all of the fools are just talking about baseball.
ReplyDeleteLet's see the evidence in this case. I think we are in danger of convicting this woman before she gets a fair trial.
ReplyDelete6:35 I'm not related to either of the firefighters, I don't live in the Northeast. This whole story has zero bearing on my life. The Star is full of obituaries. Why is this story more important than the Royals? This is an important story, but the Royals are a bigger story.
ReplyDelete@6:38, this story is more important than the royals because it's life and death and not a stupid game.
ReplyDeleteI thought that was an old journalism motto, if it bleeds it leads.
The world series is just a game. This is a story that involves what might be a murder case of 1st responders. Meanwhile, the 6 o'clock news and even the newspaper are more focused on a game because it helps them sell advertisements. Selling ads is important but it's not the only thing. I don't blame the Royals, I actually love the team and I hope they win. But let's have some perspective.
@6:38 is right, Royals are the bigger story.
ReplyDeleteI have my penis so deep in Tony's mouth right now the tip is coming out his left ear!
ReplyDelete^^^^^
ReplyDeleteThinking about a blogger having gay sex says more about you than anybody else. Off topic TKC, delete.
As for the fire fighters, this is a real tragedy and the arson charges make it worse, but I hope that you will remind everyone that this woman is innocent until proven guilty.
Oh yeah Tony told us it was a TOP PRIORITY for the county prosecutor!
ReplyDeleteAND LO! THE CHARGES ARE FEDERAL!!!
Proving two things:
1. Tony sucks, and
2. Xalti lets him
I doubt there is a murder charge here, but then it wouldn't matter in Jackson County. We will be lucky if the charge isn't reduced to outdoor burning or some similar shit.
ReplyDeleteLook at her face, she has a sad face.
ReplyDeleteThat would be terrible to go through life looking sad.
All Jackson County murderers walk, that's what makes this such a dump of a city. @6:58 is right.
ReplyDeleteBTW, Jean is pressing these charges not federal prosecutors, I hope she is up to the task.
"our TKC blog community has FIRST word that this case is now THE HIGHEST PRIORITY IN THE JACKSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE during an election campaign that just recently kicked off for the prosecutor "Mean" Jean Peters Baker."
ReplyDeleteTony,
DO explain to us how the top priority of the county prosecutor ended up resulting in federal charges! Then feel free to expound on how this doesn't make you look like an idiot!!!
we'll be waiting, nigger!
God bless the families of these men, I hope this is a speedy trial and the loved ones of these firefighters don't have to endure a media circus like this trashy blog.
ReplyDeleteIts a long way from "she collected insurance on other fires" to a conviction. Hopefully they have more than circumstantial evidence.
ReplyDeleteId hit it.
ReplyDelete7:05 you have no idea what you're talking about. At any given moment in KC or any other big city there are literally dozens of black murderers walking free, mostly because of the no snitch culture. Blacks commit more murders than anyone else, hands down. Consequently, nobody gets away with murder more. Oh, and as far as being "persecuted in the media" that is total bullshit. The media goes out of its way to not describe black criminals. Everything you said was flat wrong.
ReplyDelete^^^That's what media will have you believe. Thanks for playing.
ReplyDelete8:55 are crime statistics from the media? No, they're from the FBI. Back up your ludicrous argument. You literally have no idea what you're talking about. Say hello to Alex Jones for me.
ReplyDeletei bet she was also a really crazy bitch to deal with. she just looks like trouble.
ReplyDeleteNIGGERS CHEWED THROUGH THE WIRES
ReplyDeleteDamn these illegals, deport them all
ReplyDeleteShe going down!
ReplyDeleteDidn't we read that the firefighters were ordered to "pull back" and clear a collapse zone, and that they didn't promptly respond to that order? Sounds like suicide.
ReplyDelete
