There are more than a few political consultant hacks who claimed the mayor has a more than 50% approval rating before the election . . . To be fair, against some homeless dude the Mayor won a landslide victory.
What most voters don't know is that the top law firms in Kansas City quietly convinced just about potential opposition candidate to back out of the race in order to get "perks" down the line.
Still . . . Mayor Sly's big win DOES NOT translate into voter approval of his job.
Recently, the Mayor's rep was questioned in a recent Missouri poll as a primer to polling about a GOP presidential candidate.
Here's the takeaway:

There's a myth that Mayor has support in the urban core and that's only true among Crossroads marketing firms. In fact, the Mayor didn't garner much support in the urban core and barely anybody turned out to vote in the last election. The mayor's presence quite literally discouraged most people from going to the polls.
But let's not stop this on consultant jargon.

Not that I doubt the poll but if the Northlanders really dislike the Obese Bowtie they should have voted for someone else. Sly "Haystacks Calhoun" James didnt get as many total votes as those polled against him in the Northland.

Why does every nigger use electric mobility scooters?
ReplyDeleteI decided to go to Walmart the today to pick up some groceries, Things are pretty quit until I notice some she-boon extremely overwieght and wearing extremely tight and revealing clothing storming through the frozen food section looking for diner.
I hear her mumble, "I'm so hungry". I looked around to see who she was with. Low and behold, Its some able body thin scrawny nigger thug acting cool and cruising in one of Walmart's electronic mobility scooter which is provided for elderly or disabled people but like any lazy piece of shit, he feels obligated to use it. I've been finding this activity very common in walmart the last few year. I remember back then before the super centers. They would not allow this type of behavior, nor tolerate it but now niggers feel obligated and they do not want to deal with a chimpout because dealing with these animals is above their pay grade.
Sorry, 4:55, but my experience is these things are used by fat older white women who use them to navigate the dessert aisles at supermarkets.
ReplyDeleteI have to call bullshit on this one. If 80 percent of ACTIVE voters disapproved just six months after his reelection he would have never been reelected. Second, since the mayor is overwhelmingly elected by black voters in the KC core what good is a poll taken among white folks up north who hardly vote? I agree that Sly is dog shit, but whoever is putting this poll up as evidence Sly is in political turmoil obviously cant do the math.
ReplyDeleteThe headline should read more like, "80 percent of voters, in an area that seldom votes, actually counts for perhaps 7 percent of voters on a good day, and is pretty much a bunch of white folks, don't like Sly, but he has nothing to worry about 'cause the lazy ass peckerwoods couldn't organize a local voting effort if their pacemakers depended on it." .
