ReplyDeleteAnd so... here is the deal that EVERYONE seems to forget. Let us assume, for a moment, this gay-man was the most productive employee Cook's Paper had. Cook now has lost one of their best employees regardless of the reasons for him being fired (perhaps too disruptive).
ReplyDeleteSo now the marketplace hows an outstanding potential employee (the gay man) who can now go to work for the competitors to Cook Paper. The Gay mans experience and intimate knowledge of the Cook, a competitor, means he could command a higher salary at his new job.
Who loses the most here? The gay man wins because he now has a better job and more enjoyable workplace.
Cook loses because they lost a top employee and now is forced to compete against him.
Either Cook Paper is stupid, by letting go the employee, and their own homophobia will, eventually, work against them without the need for government intervention or COOK Paper fired the guy because he was NOT productive and sucked (forgive the pun) as an employee.
I would guess it the latter, but few will look at the pure economic issues and cry for "discrimination" which in this day and age of instant media, only hurts the discriminator.
Oh just fuck this little Nancy-boy. Let him go arrange flowers or tend to bodies at the mortuary....just fuck him!
