  1. There are no murder charges! Second, it appears that the entire ATF case is dependent on their saying they can prove the suspect was the last one in the building the night of the fire. I think ATF wishes they could prove that, but at best they will prove that it is probable. Then the ATF will have to prove that the suspect purposely started the fire and not someone else. Although she has a history I am betting that before this is done this lady will be pleading to something close to playing with matches and she will be out very soon - if she even goes in. Time and time again the Feds are spinning the results of some big time investigation, patting themselves on the back and when things play out it ends up looking like a bunch of amateurs fucked up the investigation. Pay attention to this one and see what happens.

  2. Ummmm Mr. 10:36, Did you read the probable cause statement? Two counts of Murder II. Last I looked, that was a murder charge.

  3. ...you might get Murder II through a preliminary hearing. It will never fly in district court.

  4. Ummm and didn't she already admit she purchased large quantities of accelerants immediately prior to the fire?

  5. 1:22 yes accelerants that are used in the ordinary course of her business. A nail salon without acetone is not a nail salon.
