In Red State Missouri and Kansas this is the super-minority opinion but Kansas City's top leader has made no qualms about this position that is nothing less than an anti-gun rights stance.

You have all kinds of laws against felons and domestic abusers with guns, but everytime someone at city hall get nailed for beating his wife or girlfriend the bastards sweep the charges under the carpet and make more speeches. ReplyDeleteHow does anybody take this man seriously? He has no answers for the two biggest challenges facing our city; Crime and urban education. He's telling Congress to pass gun control? That's not a solution for your citizens, that's passing the buck. About the only thing this man does is say nice things about Kansas City and spend all of our money for basic services on fancy toys downtown. I laugh when I think about all of the hipsters who love this Mayor and all of his trickle down, big corporation kickback policies.
