Council lady Teresa Loar has been making quite an impression on the City Council as of late. She helped to start a City Hall backlash against the Downtown Convention Hotel plan, remains a critical voice on the new airport designs AND voted with minimum wage advocates against the recent repeal. She has connections that span across the river and now it seems she's friends with the cat suit dudes as well.
