Just a quick morsel to get us started and also to reference this iconic image of Megan Fox fixing some bacon to begin our day . . .
The debate over bacon has finally delivered conclusive data: Bacon Causes Cancer? Sort of. Not Really. Ish.
Now we're left to cope with the consequences of our decisions. And so we reached out to the organizers of one of the most popular local festivals which benefits a really good cause. On the record, no reply but an insider did promise us one thing . . . Despite the cancer risk . . . Kansas City Bacon Fest will continue to raise cash for the rehab institute.
I guess it's the greater good that's more important and dying of deliciousness is a sacrifice that a great many in Kansas City are willing to make . . . More in a bit.
So does that mean all the fat people in and around KC ... possibly 50 percent of the population ... are gonna get cancer? Either that or they die of saggy tattoos when they get older.
ReplyDeleteProbably both.
ReplyDeleteYou better lay off that dark meat Tony
ReplyDeleteHOW TO PORK A FOX
ReplyDeleteWrap your meat well, to seal in juices.
Slowly bring the surface up to temperature, so that your meat is firm and ready to sizzle.
Begin by slowly positioning your meat in the sweet spot.
Increase the temperature and work all angles of your meat to maximize individual satisfaction. Some guys will be done quickly, while others continue until well-done. Caution: don't abuse your meat by overuse of flavor enhancements.
Remember to thank the Fox and tell her you'll call tomorrow.
