After the recent press conferences announcing what a great success NoVa is in reducing crime, and during a month in which KCMO has already endured 15 homicides, it's as good a time as any to clean up trash in the street and make believe it has anything to do with what these groups' responsibilities are or how their tax money is being spent.
    Probably about time for a $30K hot dog picnic from Aim4Peace and a street festival from COMBAT.
    Then throw in ad Hoc and a few of the other "nonprofits" and you've completed the rings in the circus.

    1. Right. Cleaning up trash that will thrown back onto the streets within hours, if not minutes. Thats productive alright. They need to be stationed there 24 hours in order to be purposeful or productive.
