Don't worry, folks. No, don't fret one single bit, folks. Everything is under control. By under control I mean of the public safety coffers are guarded by folks elbowing their way up to the public trough. Snouts of all sorts dip and dive through public expenditures without recourse. Another police station, crime lab, new squad cars, tazers, rape kits, body cams, insert buzzword of the day, etc., etc. None of it does a bit of good. Nevertheless, we have a black police chief and that was intended to increase communication between the east-side hustlers, fast talkers and scalawags. Things are safer than they've ever been.
