TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! AMID RODERICK NUNLEY EXECUTION AND QUINTUPLE HOMICIDE SLAUGHTER ANNIVERSARY: PROLONGED WAIT FOR JUSTICE FRUSTRATES KANSAS CITY!!!
Last night Missouri executed Roderick Nunley for a horrific crime he committed back in 1989.
Nunley and Michael Taylor kidnapped, raped, sodomized and stabbed Ann Harrison to death after they noticed her waiting for a school bus in the driveway of her home. Her body was found in the trunk of a car near the Ruskin Heights area three days later.
As the execution came down to the wire and legal maneuvers failed . . .
Jackson County prosecutor Jean Peters Baker issued this statement: “Today, I have the privilege and responsibility of leading the same office that, with the help of police and common citizens, brought the murderers of Ann Harrison to justice over 20 years ago. To this day, the horrific details of her kidnapping, rape and murder remain as horrific, painful and utterly unimaginable as they were that cold spring morning. Tonight, as the judgment of the State of Missouri has been carried out, I ask that you join me in placing Ann’s friends, family and former classmates in your thoughts and prayers.”
Now, after careful consideration and PUBLIC QUESTIONS PUBLISHED EXCLUSIVELY BY OUR BLOG COMMUNITY, Prosecutor "Mean" Jean Peters Baker recently decided to pursue death penalty charges against Brandon Howell who is the only suspect in a 2014 rampage which left 5 senior citizens dead ON THIS DAY in South Kansas City last year.
Fox4: Timeline of South KC murders and arrest of suspect
This will be the 1st Death Penalty case for Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker and the first at the Courthouse since Jackson County Exec Mike Sanders won a death penalty conviction in 2008.
Accordingly . . .
THE OVERWHELMING SENTIMENT AMONG MOST KANSAS CITY RESIDENTS WATCHING THESE DEATH PENALTY CASES IS FRUSTRATION WITH LONG DRAWN-OUT LEGAL PROCEEDINGS EVEN AFTER A DEATH PENALTY CONVICTION!!!
In fact, the extended wait for the death penalty was part of the effort to spare Roderick Nunley from execution citing cruel and unusual punishment.
To wit . . . As Kansas City awakens to the conclusion of one quarter century murder saga, this day marks the anniversary of another horrific local homicide and legal wrangling that might also span decades until justice is served.
Developing . . .
An enterprising kansas city legislator could take this issue up with the Missouri general assembly. that would be more productive than harassing interns or taking gifts from lobbyists.
ReplyDeleteKilling someone for killing someone isn't justice.
ReplyDeleteYes it is.
DeleteSo it's illegal to kill people unless the state hires an executioner to kill people. Makes sense.
DeleteDon't forget an important point... It took TWENTY YEARS to execute a man who PLEAD GUILTY to the crime. I fully understand the importance of the appeal process for someone who plead not guilty, in order to try as best as possible to never execute an innocent man. In this case however, this POS plead guilty and was allowed to continue to appeal his sentence because:
ReplyDelete1. He claimed he had "dependent disorder" and it wasn't his fault he was high on crack when he committed the crime.
2. He claimed it was racist that, even though he was sentenced in accordance to the known potential penalty for the crime he plead guilty too, not enough white offenders suffered the same fate.
An amount of common sense must be re-inserted into our criminal justice system.
Jean Baker is pandering to Blood Lust. Resign Jean. Political ambition has changed you as a person. It is time to pursue an exciting career in fixing traffic tickets, while preserving whatever vestiges of humanity still lurk inside you.
ReplyDeleteI am still dead. Nothing changed?
ReplyDeleteYes it has.
ReplyDeleteNunley, who was an atheist but is not now, is in hell.
Not sure what the religious right is doing mobbing this, but I kind of think that religion has done enough damage to this world. So please stop.
DeleteGlory be to the Father!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy that Jean Peters Baker is afraid of losing the Catholic vote, or I might have gone to prison and been repeatedly raped for my role in covering up pedophilia!
In addition, I am really, really White. So I had that going for me too!
Thanks Jean! I love discriminatory prosecution standards when they protect me from the punishment I deserve. Must suck to be Black.
Keep lying to yourself about heaven and hell. It makes you feel good. Of course, when you are dead you are dead. Game over.
ReplyDeleteThe fact that Jean Peters Baker made a public comment upon the death of the prisoner seems to be a gratuitous political act. That is not something to be proud of.

ReplyDeleteMike Mansur should lose his job over this one. Even before Jean loses hers.
8:30 is an atheist fool. So was Nunley. Of course, he is not now! LOL!
ReplyDeletePerhaps the Kansas City Atheist Coalition of Clowns and Cocksucker could make a statement?
ReplyDeletePerhaps the Kansas City Atheist Coalition of Clowns and Cocksucker could make a statement?
ReplyDeleteSuperstitious much?
ReplyDelete7:35 that rosy pink house you live in must be real nice. Down our way that young snake, Leroy, from a couple of hills over kept coming over and stealing chickens. Down here in the woods a chicken is real valuable as the produce food and are food.
ReplyDeleteNow that boy just kept coming around swiping chickens. I ask the boy to stop two or three times. Did no good. About the 4th or 5th time, ol Flint loaded up some #8 buckshot. Now you city slickers need to know that #8 is not normally a killing shot. For small birds perhaps, but for you bleeding heart, bottom munchers, we don't shoot small birds.
Ol Flint digresses. Back to that rascal Leroy. Leroy come slippin up on day, Flint spots him and lays in wait. Now picture Leroy with his over-hauls with one shoulder hanging down all the way to the ground, showing some country crack. Now you city folk are used to seeing that. Down R way, a mans crack is not to be seen.
Ol Flint loaded up the double barrel and gave that Leroy a double blast in the ass. Leroy jumped up in the air about 3 feet. Looked like a black boy in the NBA Slam Dunk contest. Shredded a 2 foot pattern around his ass. The boy was squealing like a pig caught in the barn door. As ol Flint re-loaded, Leroy took off a runnin up thru the woods and ol Flint was on his trail, that TVA was only in second gear as Flint shot off a round or two here and there just for effect. I guess you slickers would call it a drive by.
Now the moral of this story is fairly simple. That chicken thieving Leroy ain't been around since. All over the county chicken stealing as come to a halt, matter fact, pretty much all stealing stopped. Maybe you be right about killing for killing ain't exactly right. But it sure seems like a good deterrent, if only it would have happened the same day a jury convicted him. Down this way, we not real big on supporting our third cousin on the wife's side of the family, for 25 years no less. Just sayin.

What the fuck is the phony hillbilly bullshit talk? You're some fake ass wanna be trying to hide your identity. A little tip: the more you put in the show, the more that shows. Your writing is distinctive, and this isn't the first place I've seen it.
DeleteJean Peters Baker will not lose her job over that statement – she will gain votes. So actually Mansur did his job. And probably Richard Martin.
ReplyDeleteWhat Jean lost in the deal can only be measured when she looks in the mirror, and sees Lady MacBeth. Keep washing your hands forever Jean. The red stuff never comes off.
The effect of using death for political purposes never goes away.
Glad to see the superstitious guy -- oops! "God Fearing Guy" -- proves to be a homophobe too.
ReplyDeleteWhat was that story about Mary Magdalene? Oh, you do not BELIEVE that part of the book?
"Down this way, we not real big on supporting our third cousin on the wife's side of the family, for 25 years no less. Just sayin."
ReplyDeleteYeah but you have a tendency toward fucking your kids and marrying your nieces.
gratuitous political act
ReplyDeleteBINGO!
If it takes 25 years to carry out the death sentence, are really even killing the same person who committed the crime all those years ago?
ReplyDeleteHere in Texas, you kill someone and we'll kill you back. Sounds fair....
ReplyDelete7:36 AM
ReplyDeleteMaybe not but it's the law of the land - and quite frankly - the only justice available. It's not justice for the family of the victim to have to endure another 25 years of rehashing the same arguments in court to make the conviction stick, especially when they've already admitted guilt. It's an imperfect system but his crime carried a sentence of the death penalty and that's what the jury decided. You can always participate as a juror if you want to spare somebody of the death penalty. I am quite happy that this family received the justice that it was entitled to. Maybe they can find the strength to go on with life, now.
Could Lisa Carter help Jean?
ReplyDelete"Jackson County Exec Mike Sanders won a death penalty conviction in 2008."
ReplyDeleteAfter being elected County Executive in November 2006?
@ 8:52 I bet he doesn't live in a basement and beat off to cheap porn and spend half his day loading StackExchange. Must be great being such a icon.
ReplyDeleteBut then you have a blog that is frequented by 25 people on a regular basis. Life must me grand in that tiny, thick walled cranium.
9/2/15, 9:26 AM Cathy Jolly could help. She does not have much to do.
ReplyDeleteWe can't execute niggers fast enough, I say. Just for being niggers. They don't have to be convicted of anything.
ReplyDeletefox4kc.com - 2 hours ago
ReplyDeleteKANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The number of murders nationwide is rising and the increase includes Kansas City, but police officials are unsure as to why.
They will look at you like nothing is wrong, but they know it.
Jean Peters Bakers is psycho
ReplyDelete"Nunley was a atheist"...
ReplyDeletea) how do you know?
b) so what?
c) who cares?
The irony is that, considering the life that Nunley led, he probably would have been killed by another street thug years ago. Prison most likely extended this vermin's life. Finally justice for Ann and closure for her family.
ReplyDeleteDisgusted by Jean playing politics with this issue.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry the media news and blogathons will continue as normal and as always not much will ever happen to solve anything that's reported and aggregated on the daily merry go round other than Google will get richer.
ReplyDelete11:18
ReplyDeleteA. He said so.
B. It figures.
C. You do because it pisses you off.
Of course, he is not an atheist any more.
ReplyDeleteNo, because he's dead. So he's not anything. Just like you and me will be when we die. Nothing, just like life before you were born.
DeleteProve it.
ReplyDeleteYou KCAC Clowns are easy to spot.
Hey, did you know atheist spells eatshit?
LOL! They have these charity works that they promote and usually only a half dozen or so of them show up and they brag about all their good works.
ReplyDeleteHomely women, too.
Nunley is in Hell.
ReplyDeleteSo mean Jean flaps her pie hole with the press over a conviction she had nothing to do with.
ReplyDeleteFucking nigger beast active in 89 active in 2014 , kill kill murder, don't gimme that whites do it like them, yea there's whites killing, not at the stuporfying rate of the groid predator savage
ReplyDeleteWhy should Nunley die? Easy to say when you aren't directly involved or impacted. My kids went to school with Ann Harrison. A relative of mine lived on her block and knew her and her family well. Can you guess how long it took for parents in the Raytown School district to let their children stand at the bus stop alone? It was years. Can you guess how long it took for the friends and family of Ann Harrison to recover from the shock of her gruesome death? I'll let you know when it happens.
ReplyDeleteWill it bring Ann back? No, but it might bring back some piece of mind for people to know a monster exists no more and will never do it again.
Word to the wise. If you spout that BS in Raytown about how we shouldn't have killed him you are likely to get your ass handed to you.
Notice how the atheshits defend the killa, but are always on the side of aborting the innocent and defenseless?
ReplyDeleteThat's cause they are irrational liars who will support anything that is anti Christ.
10:00 AM
ReplyDeleteI happen to know that Councilman Taylor has had enough of your bullshit and he has hired forensic consultants to track your comments righ back to your computer or phone and up your Goddamn ass with something sharp. STOP putting stuff on here about Cathy NOW!
And yes, everyone expects you are working for Mike Sanders. With any luck and a lot of technical know how you will be sitting in Mike Sanders jail being beaten and sodomized soon. Fuck you very much.
5:05, you are one of the dumbest cocksuckers on the planet. Go on and fuck yourself and your entire family.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I'm surprised how many good comments there were in here. Didn't see that coming.
ReplyDelete12:28 ditto bottom feeding minger.
ReplyDeleteThe ASSHAT is both dead and in HELL. Took way too long, but it finally got done.
ReplyDelete5:07 & 5:55 both TKC trolling.
