    On it's worst day WOF is not even close to the decades of backlogged city EPA violations that no one is enforcing and near nothing is being corrected..

    Or the egregious violations of the Missouri Department of Transportation. Always different rules for the government v the people. But hey we don't live in a police state, right? There could not be 2 classes of people in america, the citizens and the state.
