Senator McCaskill Talks Fiorina, Clinton & Even Trump

"McCaskill told Nancy Gibbs, managing editor of TIME, “I could never support Carly Fiorina under any circumstances.” The senator was quite frank while speaking of the GOP candidate and former HP CEO adding,“I am proud of her for being a strong, smart woman, I am proud that she’s running, but I could never support her.” McCaskill even went as far as to state, “I’m afraid of what America would be if she were President.”
"Despite not wanting to envision a term or two with Fiorina as President, McCaskill surprisingly longs for a few more terms with a Clinton in office. McCaskill and Hillary Clinton have not always seen eye to eye. McCaskill distanced herself from the Clinton’s during Bill’s Presidency and subsequent sex-scandal. She also endorsed Obama over Clinton in 2008. Today, she is all in where Clinton is concerned.
“I can’t imagine anyone who has run for President in my lifetime that has stronger qualifications to be President than Hillary Rodham Clinton. The majority of this country is going to want substance and stability over anger.”
"The anger comment could have been a nod to GOP hopeful, Donald Trump. Speaking of Trump, McCaskill said, “Running for President is more complicated than, ‘I’m smart. You’re stupid. You’re ugly. Build a wall.” She went on to say, “Anybody who thinks they can roll into the Oval Office and issue edicts like a CEO of a business doesn’t understand our system and the elegance of our Constitution.”"
