An iconic and stinky exhibit from long ago has recently been destroyed in favor of long walks in somewhat better Zoo facilities supported by a FOREVER tax that also serves as a slush fund for other projects. Checkit: Once iconic Great Ape House torn down at the Kansas City Zoo

Was the Ape House Section 8 Housing?
ReplyDeletePavement Apes?
ReplyDeleteDid they close Gates BBQ ?
ReplyDeleteThey should just build another jail on that property. Informed White folks won't come to the zoo anymore
ReplyDeleteShould have kept it for section 8 housing. Byron could have moved in there.
ReplyDeleteThe current ape house is at 39th & prospect
ReplyDelete7:06 No, it is being replaced with section 8 housing. The ghetto thugs were bitching because the ape house was in a cleaner part of town.
ReplyDeleteThe whole Fucking city is an ape house!
ReplyDeleteI remember getting hit in the head with ape dookie there in 4th grade. It remains one of my favorite memories from grade school. Anytime someone mentions animal rights around me, I tell them that story then finish the story by telling them that after getting hit with ape dookie I threw a rock back which got me in trouble. The damn dirty ape didnt get in trouble. Where is the animal/human equality there?
