Like most other people who examine the local news . . . It's sad to see the daily newspaper basically writing regurgitating presser copy from the Mayor's office but that's what happens when a politico gives a failing corporation a $20 Million tax break. And the answer is: Picture represents accurate depiction of downtown CK 10 years after current mayors fleecing of taxpayers promosing that the next generation will also be up to their asses in debt also. At least good sewage system will help carry away leftover rubbish from this current reign.
