    Mr. Tony,
No worries! That crack commission looking into the bloody mess will give good insights into how to get it all straightened out.

Mr. Brooks/ AdHoc has a Combat contract.
Dr. Karen Curls has a County Contract to help prisoners.
Miss Pelofsky is bests friends with the Sanders family. Look at that fundraiser invite starring US Sen Claire McCaskill.
John Fierro plays the perfect silent minority.

No drama needed. All will be revealed!

  2. Aren't they concerned this treatment of prisoners will reduce their repeat customers? Oh wait, that is not how its works in the brain of the shit stains that inhabit those walls.

  4. The Jackson County jail has been a snake pit for over 30 years. Young boys are raped every night, the lowlife criminals run everything (which is true in most jails), the corrections officers ignore most of it. This is all old news, very old news. The jail is not well designed, and the shortage of help contributes to the problem.

  5. Low pay and overworked too many hours. Yeah, like daycare workers and assisted living staff (notoriously low pay posts) should make excuses while abusing or neglecting tots and oldsters?
In jails the captors are expected to be moral and humane with their captives.
Throwing bodily waste and deliberately clogging toilets isn't humane, though, so hard to say where the breaking point is for some. Think I just might be opening cans of whoop ass on that crazy filthy crap.
