Pope Francis stood as a giant amidst a bunch of small politicians and asked them to lead with their hearts, not with their ideology. Clearly he reached Boehner with that message.
ReplyDeleteI think you are right, 11:26. I think Boehner was moved by the Pope's speech on dialogue, and has lost faith in Congress' ability to endeavor towards dialogue and pragmatism. I have gained a great deal of respect for Boehner.
ReplyDeleteNah, he was scared that Trump was going to spank him in public.
ReplyDeleteIs that immigration or ILLEGAL immigration????

I'm no fan of the Catholic church, but even less of a fan of dullard rubes who pop off on things they have no clue about.
Good riddance, Basset-Rino, Maybe we'll get a conservative this time.
ReplyDelete148, of you go by proportion of population, the Holy See has taken more refugees as a percentage of population than any other country in the world.
ReplyDeleteHow many refugee sheep will Flintlock rescue from Byron?
ReplyDeleteReally, though ... when Trump says, "Our leaders are STOO-PID", he is talking about Boehner, and he's right.
