Here's the rub, Ive yet to hear any talk of police investigation, which in these turbulent times is a given. ReplyDeleteThis is typical of most problems generated by local drama queens. Kid sees hanging doll. It is narrowed down to a suspected culprit. Hotel brass has a chat with the culprit which results in admission and firing. What else do you propose they should have done to handle the infraction?
ReplyDeleteIn the mean time poor little victim apparently felt like the employee getting fired was not enough blood for him. He apparently sees a chance for a new suit and a car and hauls ass to the lawyer who handles all his traffic tickets. Lawyer sees a quick buck, calls the local press, EEOC and a few black "leaders", stirs a little shit and decides to make a speech on TV (time provided by local dumb fuck press).
Now we have a problem that was appropriately handled being overblown into a civil action that will ever get past the smell test with a jury. They will be asking themselves the same question, "Hey they took action and fired the ass hole. So what requires corrective action worth a jillion bucks?"
After watching this little press conference pow-wow on TV it is damn obvious that this attorney is trying to spin a little shit into a the motherload. Take some advice counsellor. Walk away from this bullshit case and go back to fixing traffic tickets. There is no way you are going to amplify this bullshit into anything and you are never going to convince a jury that the folks at the hotel should have to bleed greenbacks for you or your client.
Accept a sincere apology from the Adams Mark folks and don't be stupid.

ReplyDeleteIt's not an isolated incident when you have at least 3 people shot by police since June 2015 in Kansas City, Missouri by the Kansas City Police Department. Racism and lynchings have been taken to lightly for to long in Jackson County. The Jackson County Jail is housing inmates at the cost of 52 dollars per day and the jail remains at full capacity. The Jackson County Court System fast tracks black, brown and poor people into the prison system which is the second largest in the United States.
