KCTV5: A young woman was found shot to death inside a car on a KCK street in what neighbors say in a normally quiet neighborhood. She was identified as Kelsey K. Ewonus, 22, of Overland Park. According to her Facebook page, she leaves behind a son who just turned one 15 days ago.
Lots of online speculation about this one but the reality is that blaming the victim of the shooting is typical for locals who don't want to acknowledge that every act of deadly violence within the metro makes this town a more dangerous place to live for ALL residents.
