Draw your own conclusions about the argument but make no mistake that the U.S. imprisons a large percentage of its population than any other nation in the world.

  1. a lot of times, it's the profit motive in play. That's what this Alabama movement is about. It's simply more profitable to keep people locked up many times.

    ReplyDelete
  2. What keeps NIGGERS locked up, is NIGGERS acting like NIGGERS and doing what NIGGERS do...crime.

    ReplyDelete
  3. The reason we lock up more people is because we have a larger percentage of people who think laws don't apply to them and that they should be able to rob and rape along with killing as they please. In short American has a huge percentage of people who have no respect for law enforcement.

  4. Superdave is correct. The incarceration of criminals saves hundreds of thosuands of lives every year. Expecially recidivist black thugs who are never going to do anything other than commit crimes. The stereotype fits, like it or not.

    ReplyDelete
  5. See the truth if you can take it. Here is a public defender who tells it like it is.

  6. We should give prison workers $15 an hour...because it's only fair.

And they need to do it the very second monkeys fly out of TKC's ASS...

Gotta go...need to paint a snappy slogan on a bedsheet.

  7. From time to time the media report that although blacks are 12 percent of the population they are 40 percent of the prison population. This is supposed to be an outrage that results from unfair treatment by the criminal justice system. What the media only hint at is another staggering reality: recidivism. Black men are arrested and convicted over and over. It is typical for a black man to have five felony convictions before the age of 30. This kind of record is rare among whites and Hispanics, and probably even rarer among Asians.

  8. 8:38--Imagine how many crimes they committed that were not solved. The dead, the wounded, the stabbed, shot, sucker punched, raped assaulted...

  13. Building industrial police complexes in Black communities since 2011. Re-elect Jermaine Reed on June 23. Freedom, Inc. endorsed. Occupy Niggers!

  14. "U.S. imprisons a large[er] percentage of its population than any other nation in the world." (1) If that's unjust, then it should be easy to identify by name a few hundred thousand inmates who didn't commit the crimes they were convicted of. Get to it, Tony. (2) The real significance of this factoid is the US has the most efficient law enforcement system on the planet.

  15. Start with the Kansas City Municipal Court. Remember the judge who let people sit in jail for months on probation violations without ever really considering alternatives to revocation?

A lot of people said he was crazy.

Turns out, he really was! Hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  16. And didn't some judge let a lawyer sit in jail for a few days for being nutty?

Didn't he jump off a bridge later?

    Andy somebody.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Yes let us throw thugs in prison while the FBI writes it's own warrants and the NSA illegally seizes electronic data of millions of Americans. By God we'll teach those crooks to do the right thing.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Talk about prison slavery. The guards make $12 an hour to deal with the most dangerous and degenerate members of society. No Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  19. I have no problems with prisons. It keeps the nigger count down. That way they're not among the humans, not breeding niglets, not huffing jenkem.

If there were only a way to exterminate them wholesale...boy oh boy.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Superdave is a fascist hanger on. He never brings any new insight to the conversation just pro mc Donalds to keep the old regime in tact

    ReplyDelete
  21. Jackson county Missouri is a proud fascists murder and incarceration machine

    ReplyDelete
  22. Read the 8:27 link to the public defender.

    Really good.

    ReplyDelete
  23. What judge put a lawyer in jail who jumped off a bridge?

    Did that really happen?

    Names, dates, please.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Public Defenders work for the same people the Cops, Judge and Prosecutors work for. These are the crime creators

    ReplyDelete
  25. You guys are so dumb. Yall are all "OMG GET A JOB YOU LOSER" yet you haven't noticed that over the past 20 years, jobs have steadily been becoming less and less accessible to the general public. First they all went to China, then to Vietnam, now to the prisons. You truly are a bunch of idiots. Have you even heard of "cause and effect"? It really is a thing, I swear. Capitalism is not some form of magic that creates opportunity for every person who puts forth an effort. It is an economic model that thrives on making money off each other's labor. The cheaper you can get the labor, the more money you make. Slaves are the best thing for capitalism.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Therefor... since I'm sure you can't draw the next conclusion for yourselves... it is in corporations and business owners (employers) best interest to make as many people as possible into slaves. Then, guess who has power in the US... Surprise! It's rich people, business owners, and multi-national corporations!

    ReplyDelete
  27. One more for you... guess who has the power to create legislation and laws that lead to the mass incarceration...

  28. Byron like dirty ass5/31/15, 1:04 PM

Put nigger lovers in prison wif dey niggers an see how they handle being de niggers bitches they are. dey be happy bitch ho's dats wat dey ant so give it to dem and get de fuk out of our lives. Byron first!

  29. I'm no friend of Multinational Corporations, NAFTA, or, the President and Republican's "Fast Track Tpp", but drawing a straight line reference from black murderers, rapists and violent offenders to an inability to acquire a job is a specious argument. Black recidivist offenders kill, rape and assault by way of indoctrination from our politicians, entertainment industry and the halls of academe, in conjunction with a genetic predisposition, partially derived from an average IQ, 20 points inferior to whites.

Poverty alone, does not cause crime.

    https://cincinnatiisadump.wordpress.com/2013/07/29/crime-is-caused-by-poverty-enter-white-appalacha/

Criminals who commit crimes, especially violent crimes, need to be locked up and locked up forever, or, as we find out every single day, they get out and kill again.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Gentrified Poverty sounds like Trickle Down Economics

    ReplyDelete
  31. The arrogation of the "Income Inequality" argument, used in the Democratic Platform of Hillary Clinton is a hell of a laugh. Democrats, first of all, are way the fuck richer than you or I, once in the Progressive "Club".

Democrats hate the middle class white worker. Check this list out.

    http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2014/12/democrats_the_real_party_of_the_rich.html

The Clintons, sucked in 145 million over the last 18 months from terrorists governments and good ole boy associations with unions and those Feds who can direct the cash their way.

So all this bullshit about multinational corporations, which does in fact ring true for a good reason, should, in no way, leave out the treachery, chicanery and legerdemain from the folks who, brought us Obama Care.

That's sure working out great for actual, working class whites.

    NOT.

How do like those premiums and deductables now?

Thank the "Party of the rich".

    ReplyDelete
  32. Republicrats all benefit from this system.

    ReplyDelete
  33. The 13th amendment says slavery is legal as punishment for a crime. No republican or democrat is going to try and abolish slavery in the US because it is at the core of what America is all about.

    ReplyDelete
  34. The Clinton's make their money giving speeches.

American Thinker is not a legitimate news source.

One public defender is not all public defenders.

Blacks are more likely to be imprisoned than whites for the very same crimes.

This can't be explained rationally, because its not based on reason, its based on fear, & racial hatred.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Whatever the deficiencies and dysfunction of the criminal justice system and public defenders' office are, and there are many, nothing is going to be accomplished by more marching around and making demands.
Where are organizations like the NAACP, Urban League, SCLC, and all the rest of the folks who make believe they're so concerned about these issues, but don't take the time to even know what they're talking about, much less to offer any recommendations or changes to laws, processes, or policies?
In fact, most of these marchers don't even bother to register and vote.
Stop being led around by the noses by the usual grifters and make a real effort to change your community for the better.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Read it again Byron, read it and weep, you know it is true.

    http://www.wvwnews.net/content/index.php?/news_story/confessions_of_a_public_defender.html

Saying a publication is not legitimate because you don't agree with the position or stand on any given subject, is a "Kill the messenger" standard, Liberal boilerplate strategy when confronted with facts that are indisputable.

American thinker is every bit as valid as the liberal NYT, Chicago Trib, LA Times and KC Star, you just don't like hearing the truth.

The public defender's story is anecdotal, but in my opinion, if you read it, it has the absolute ring of truth, that we all, even if we won't say it in public, for fear of job loss or opprobrium, would say if we really had the right of free speech in Black Run America, which, we do not.

Read it and know the truth about why there are so many in prison. Thank god they are there.

    ReplyDelete
  37. So, you hayseed rubes are doing the old red team vs blue team game again?

Just real convinced are you that it's YOUR side is concerned with the average working class citizen?

You chuckleheads really crack me up.

    ReplyDelete
  38. side "that's" concerned.

Lest one of you dullards decides to get uppity.

    ReplyDelete
  39. slave labor is a touchy subject with these local yokels

    ReplyDelete
  40. It ain't Red or Blue, it's Byron. Guys like Byron, like it or not, with the help of rich Dems and some Republicans, run this country by voting for a living and pretending that Progressive, Social Engineering initiatives are working, in the face, of the absolute evidence to the contrary.

Byron wins, period. At least until the black and Muslim population grows to the point where he is just another white dhimmi paying homage to the Central, Black Run Government.

Let all those thugs out of prison in West Virginia.

    ReplyDelete
  41. 2:37, let the rest of us know why you think so highly of yourself. It is not evident from your posts. A person who must label everyone else rubes and hayseeds has a serious case of hipster envy. Get thee to Williamsburg. You'll be much happier among your own kind (don't forget your fedora!).

"American Thinker is not a legitimate news source." But it is a legitimate opinion source, which is all that it purports to be.

"Blacks are more likely to be imprisoned than whites for the very same crimes." Not when you control for prior offenses. Any study that fails to take that factor into consideration is just propaganda.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Byron, as usual, types without looking at the screen--reason being, his head is up his ass. 10:05 wins this thread, hands-down.

Hey, Byron, why don't you have your brother, or someone else who's literate, read this post to you:

    http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2015/05/deep-secrets-of-racial-profiling-1.php

They go to prison more for the same crime because they COMMIT the same crime far more frequently than do other races. I know that's hard to comprehend with a West Virginia education, but try to figure that one out.

    Back to your sheep-shagging, ass-hat.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Just maybe those guys who shot that kid should have been in jail.

    ReplyDelete
  44. It's a bitch living in a world where not only is the system fucked, but so is society.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Byron can't see 3:35 remember?

    ReplyDelete
  46. The system is capitalism and people are going to get fucked to a stand still. But there will be civilization beyond capitalism

    ReplyDelete
  47. Yes , Byron is blind. But ... I bet he sees that Eagle fly over on the 3rd. Fuck you! Byron. Drown in Elk creek please

    ReplyDelete
  48. ^^^^^^^^ He is also deaf and dumb

    ReplyDelete
  49. And then, after hunting down people to fill the jails, we wonder why so many are jobless, with their felony convictions?

Time to get rid of the war on drugs, and get cops off people's butts just looking for ways to get them into the legal system.

We need fewer cops and more vocational education teachers and programs. And just what are the urban schools teaching kids?

What courses? Why no uniforms for students? Do school subjects just give kids a diploma or job skills? Cameras in the classrooms?

Parenting classes? What else? or shall we just transfer the state dept of education over to the state dept of CORRECTIONS?

Moreover, isn't it better to raise em right than try to fix em after they're broken? Anyone? Anyone?
