Pretending that folks in Kansas City should fear gangs of bikers murdering, raping, assaulting, robbing and intimidating people at the same rate as the black thugs who murder, rape, assault and intimidate on a daily basis, extemporaneously, with, many times, no known affiliation with each other, is preposterous.
Blacks are like the Borg, resistance is futile, they are indeed, in many cases gang affiliated and do kill each other over drugs and territory, but usually, your garden variety, run of the mill, black male, will, without warning, subject anyone, black or white, within close proximity, to murder, rape, assault and intimidation with the help of other blacks, he DOES NOT EVEN KNOW, if there is numerical superiority.
The percentage of whites who are gang members in bike gangs is minuscule, the percentage of blacks in gangs and blacks with criminal records is disproportionate in comparison to the general population and disproportionate to the black population on a per capita basis.
So here is the answer.
Fuck no.
We should, obviously, continue to be afraid of the violence, the tsunami of violence that blacks continue to engage in on an ongoing basis in every city in the United States where they exist.
I am a living, er..., dead example of what you should fear, NOT biker gangs.

“We’re definitely concerned about the violence that is going on,” Sgt. Jarron Jackson, a spokesman for Baltimore Police, said. “We definitely want to ensure our citizens that we’re doing everything we can to create safer communities for them.”
Baltimore is 60 more shootings and 23 more homicides ahead of where it was compared to the same time last year."
