
Here's a headline that might not have a lot in common with reality but it reads nicely and provides sweet dreams for an economic development scheme that's not gonna happen.

Bright side . . . At the very least, the eventual end of construction (2017) will offer a brief respite for Downtown restaurants that have been DECIMATED by the toy train.

Just because the track is in doesn't mean the work and mess are done. They are still working on replacing water and gas lines, still have to do the ugly overhead wires. Roads are still blocked, no where to park, and restaurants going out of business.
