It'll Be Four More Years Until Voters Can Talk With Kansas City Politicos Again!!!

Pitch reports another local forum that's more of a low-turnout mixer that most voters are gonna skip too: Join us June 12 for the Raucous Caucus, a new kind of KCMO election forum, at Barney Allis Plaza

  1. You're sure right that this will be about the last time any regular resident will have to talk with these folks for the next four years, because after all these dog-and-pony shows are over and the candidates have talked endlessly about how important they think neighborhoods and streets are and have pandered to every imaginable little group and promised them they'll "get their fair share", the insiders who really run the city, which is to say direct the money, will show up and tell these folks what's really going to happen.
So attend the forums, gush over the candidates' sincerity, write down their promises, and then go home and watch how your money is spent for the next four years.
    Thanks for playing.
