TKC EXCLUSIVE AND BREAKING NEWS!!! KANSAS CITY DEMOCRATIC PARTY POLITICAL CONSULTANT STEVE GLORIOSO SOON TO FOCUS ON 1ST DISTRICT CONSERVATIVE HEATHER HALL ATTACK!!!
Top ranking Democratic Party loyalist and progressive champion Steve Glorioso is coming out guns blazing against Heather Hall after her 1st District upset victory that revealed the Conservative trending in the Northland.
To wit . . .
KANSAS CITY POLITICAL INSIDERS WARN THAT STEVE GLORIOSO IS ON THE WAR PATH AND TALKING DOWN HEATHER HALL TO LOCAL MEDIA SO THAT THEY BRAND HER AS A TEA PARTY CANDIDATE AND NOT AN INDEPENDENT LADY NEIGHBORHOOD LEADER!!!
Like it or not, Heather Hall won by "walking the district" and humbling herself, getting doors slammed in her face and taking her message to as many people as possible. The life of a candidate is rough and her competition simply didn't want to talk the people of the 1st District.
Fair play, it's accurate to say that Hall is a Conservative and as her campaign started to gain steam . . . She picked up some support of this town's most strident voices of the Right.
Crosby Kemper III came on to lend a smile and maybe a tough primary will inspire this local 1% cheapskate to open his checkbook . . .
Conservative Scribe Jack Caskhill also promoted Hall betwixt conspiracy theories and other folksy asides . . .
But here's what's really important to TKC and benefits the wrong side of the river where your least favorite blogger dwells . . .
Heather Hall is unapologetic about her unwavering support for rank & file police - No other candidate has come out and said in notuncertain terms that they stand with cops on the street and vow to make public safety the focal point of their tenure. This commitment to community policing is something that could benefit the urban core and all of Kansas City proper . . . And that's why Brad Lemon and most of the FOP have enthusiastically supported Hall.
However . . .
KANSAS CITY SHOULD NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE SKILL OF STEVE GLORIOSO WHO HAS THE BLESSING OF MANY LOCAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY LEADERS TO GO GUNS BLAZING AGAINST HEATHER HALL IN ALL OF HIS LOCAL MEDIA APPEARANCES!!!
If anything, this is about the effort to keep Kansas City Democratic Party controlled . . . Even in a non-partisan election. And the fight for the great white Northland should only get more fun now that one of Kansas City's most skilled politicos has entered the fray.
Developing . . .
Tony, what you're missing here is that Dick Davis doesn't even seem like he wants to win. He is very unenthusiastic about campaigning and seems more eager to watch some TV.
ReplyDeleteOwn up TKC, Glorioso is one of your "sources" so you kiss his worthless ass!!
ReplyDeleteI don't think this qualifies as ass kissing. 6:01 has a childlike understanding of politics. This is TKC, this is where the big boys play. Take that shit and go back to the chat rooms.
ReplyDeleteI am tired of crazies like Heather Hall claiming to be conservatives. She is a huge Todd Akin supporter. Remember the "legitimate rape" scandal? She was the right-hand woman for Akin at the time and apparently supported his position. She certainly didn't speak against it. I don't want this woman on the council.
ReplyDeleteAlways entertaining when the gloryhole Is on the case!
ReplyDeleteAs nasty as Glorioso, is Todd Akin makes him look like a choir boy.
ReplyDeleteBS, she walked the district! She walked some choice expensive neighborhoods north of 152.
ReplyDeleteI have always supported KCPD. If they are supporting Heather Hall, a total nutcase, they have lost me. Take your next tax initiative and shove it Forte!
ReplyDeleteNot sure how one "supports" law enforcement while *not* supporting the e-tax.
ReplyDeleteLove it or hate it - if we lose the e-tax, we cannot sustain the fire/police in the way she claims she wants to.
News flash - there is no line item in the city budget for waste and mismanagement that you can draw a line through and fix issues like the TEA party folks seem to think there is.
Non partisan?
ReplyDeleteHall staked out her GOP credentials from the start.
Check out her website. Lower right corner endorsements of GOP office holders.
Tea party? She was a paid staffer for Todd Akin of "legitimate rape" fame.

Glorioso should dust off his resume, since Bishop Finn got his perverted ass booted.
ReplyDeleteGloroioso would fit right in with that bunch of child molesters at the Diocese.
Hell, he already looks the part.
Glorioso is one fugly mofo.
ReplyDelete7:18 There are numerous line items in the city budget that we could just draw a line thru and save tens of millions. The P&L District, every tax abatement scheme, the convention and visitors bureau, film commission, dozens of city funded organizations that exist mostly to serve the poverty pimps. I could go on but I would dare say the majority of line items in the city budget could be deleted.
ReplyDeleteAll line items lead to Glorioso? That makes sense. Clarity is a wonderful thing.
DeleteSteve Gloriasshole, the sins of your past are soon revenged!
ReplyDeleteA vote for Dick Davis is a vote for Steve Glorioso.
ReplyDeleteSeems like her opponent is not capable of doing his own campaigning. Glorioso is a paid pit bull. And a bully boy.
ReplyDeleteher husband is a kcpd cop and he is a f'n jerk. i see it mentioned all the time that she supports the police but i never see it mentioned that she's married to an officer.
ReplyDeletegloriso? glorioso? You mean the bloke that crossed Bob Dole and then had to leave KC fast? The same political wizard that led the "successful" kay barnes "campaign" to unseat SAM GRAVES and Jeff Roe? That SCHMENDRICK???
ReplyDeleteThat hunky cop can fuck my ass anytime that he wants. What a fucking stud!
ReplyDeleteThat's gross Brad.
DeleteSo he's going to try the old "these people want to strip you of your right to vote" routine he tried least year plugging and promoting the TDD?
ReplyDeleteLMAO!
True in both cases.
DeleteNow you should sign the petition to prevent you from having the right to vote for at least 5 years, because sherry "eastsida4life" dejanes and dan "Harriet Tubman" Coffey say you can't be trusted to choose for yourself.
Remember how appalled she was when the PD got a 3million dollar increase in their budget next year.
ReplyDeleteIf the residents of KCMO demanded some candidates who were actually interested in city government and public service instead of the constant parade of clowns who consider themselves "politicos" and involve sleazeballs like Glorioso and Rowe in their lives, they'd all be a whole lot better off.
ReplyDeleteThese people are running for city council, for God's sake. You know, public safety, fixing streets, controlling water department costs.
Find some serious competent folks and then make sure they do the jobs they were elected to do.
Maybe next time!
Steve Glorioso, who's a political clown, and knows all about dirty "whisper campaigns" has publicly advocated for America to turn socialist. So, please keep that in mind when listening to anything he says.
ReplyDeleteOn the latest episode of RUCKUS, Steve Glorioso sitting next to Ron Freeman was like "Despicable Me" next to the "Lion King"!!!!!!!!!
So,
ReplyDeleteWaldo's Glorioso is getting into the conversation about an In-District representative. A representative belonging to the 1st District Northlanders. Mayor James and Glorioso are both directing a campaign for one reason, the Mayor is worried that he can't bully this next council.
Mayor, you have some balls thinking this is your responsibility. The responsibility of picking our voice and representative falls directly on the shoulders of the Northlanders. ANY effort by you (or your chosen hit man) will not only further erode our already tattered relationship with you, but will confirm what many of us already think. You don't give a damn about being a leader, but a monarch.
Deal with the council you get, not the one that you want. Learn to work with the council, not work over the council. If you, or your team, get involved it will look as you still haven't learned that you don't understand that WE pick our voice, not you.
So, let the people that have never resided in the Northland try to direct our vote. But, understand that we will also use that to springboard Heather Hall onto the next council.
She is going to win anyway and these clowns want to waste their money anyway.
ReplyDeleteGlorioso is the best example of why republican minded people gave left cities around the country and built suburbs. Because good governance takes a back seat to machine politics. Glorioso and his ilk don't care about the quality of life in kc, all that matters is getting their friends who aren't qualified to pick up trash on the hiways govt jobs
ReplyDeleteA vote for an incumbent is a vote for more streetcar, a new airport, more taxpayer subsidized theme park shit for the downtown millennial future suburbanites, endless tifs and tax abatements for local and out-of-town one percenters, endless expansion of the Mayor For Life's staff, new fiscal largess on film commissions and PR schemes, more outsourcing of city jobs on no-bid contracts and endless degradation of the city's infrastructure, basic services and law enforcement.
ReplyDeleteSure, heather hall might be a crazy bitch and kathyrn shields might be a political machine boss, but they won't answer to sly or his masters in the chamber.
Anyone but Sly 2015
Rank & File, that's labor talk! Don't hear that Commie talk from Tea Party.
ReplyDeleteNeighborhood leader? Please explain.
ReplyDeleteI met with Mrs. Hall a few months back about volunteering on her campaign. During our conversation she asked me what the issues facing the first district were. As a candidate and “neighborhood leader” shouldn’t she have known what the issues were before deciding to run? After talking to her about some of the issues facing the southern portion of the district she said, “I’m not familiar with the area. Maybe you can give me a tour? Or I can have my husband, a police officer, show me around the area.”
ReplyDeleteSince that conversation I’ve followed her campaign closely and she doesn’t campaign south of M-152 and stays away from the older, more distressed neighborhoods.
Also, now her Facebook posts say, “Standing up for the Northland on infrastructure…” She never once mentioned infrastructure in her campaign until I told about some of the issues the first district is facing. Again, shouldn’t she have known this before filing to run as a potential representative of these neighborhoods? When I pointed this out she blocked me on Facebook. She is not a candidate I want representing me!
Get all these liberal, welfare grabbing fucks out of city hall. We need good conservatives who value their hard earned money.
ReplyDelete"I'm neither for it or against it"
ReplyDeleteIf Glorioso's against her, she's OK by me. I just got a reason to vote in the election.
ReplyDeleteI agree 4:47.
ReplyDeleteAmen and right on Bob.
ReplyDeleteIf Hall is elected be ready to have more services cut. She believes the police department needs more money. They all ready account for 50% of the general fund and fire 20%. That means she'll have to take money from our neighborhoods....She's not a great "neighborhood leader".
ReplyDeleteShe gets my vote 8:34. We have plenty of services, not enough cops! Make the others stop wasting time and money.!
ReplyDeleteKCPD has more officers than ever before. They are all too busy hanging out at QT for the freebies to actually fight crime. I am sick of their whining. My neighbors won't even bother to call 911 because nobody shows up.

ReplyDelete3:42 let me follow your logic.
ReplyDeleteYou obviously live south of 152 and she came to you. Obviously campaigning south of 152.
She agrees with the need for improved infrastructure.
You were blocked on facebook.
It appears you are a delusional stalker so I'm sure being blocked on facebook fits nicely with the restraining orders you have coollected. Oh and make sure you stay 500 feet from schools, don't want to catch another's case.
One of my friends wanted a campaign sign and Hall made her meet in Liberty to pick it up. Hall couldn't even go south of 152 to drop off a campaign sign.
ReplyDelete@ 8:04am......The Bear doesn't blame her one bit.
ReplyDeleteObviously not safe south of 152. If the Bear lived in her district that would be enough to get his vote.
