Burns & McDonnell and KCP&L JE Dunn, Kiewit, Turner, even Truman Saint Luke for Gods sake take insanely HUGE amounts of tax breaks from the City Hall, your City Council and the State and promise jobs like Electricians, architects, white collar jobs in return, jobs people in KC cant do because our school system has failed with all the who you know not what you know people running it. so the jobs go outside the city, the HB1 program sends the job offers overseas to China, India etc and they get low wage employees for temp and perm citizenship, so aside from the burden of the tax we have to pay for the jobs we weren't qualified for we got not one fucking thing.
the City Council takes jobs at companies like KCP&L even before they have left office they work there part time and say they are still full time employees at City Hall, not a soul has asked to see what kind of time she is putting in at City Hall, between the two jobs she must be putting in 70 hours a week or more and no one ... not one living fucking soul has any idea if its true or not and we dont say shit! Cindy right now is in Milan Italy, a place residents from KC will most likely never see in their lifetime and she is tweeting thank you as tax payers for sending her on her farewell tour and yet ... not a peep it must be nice to get early vacay from KCP&L Im sure not all employees get that.

Mismanagement is not an accident, mismanagement requires an eye for opportunity by the scouts at the Chamber Of Commerce. One might say being the worst run city in the US is an accomplishment. The Paris Of The Plains starts fresh with a new logo and slogan and an economic engine that runs on Carmel Corn and Lemonade.
