Seeking information on death of Janina Vasquez
The body of Janina Vasquez was found in a flood control well in Berkley River Front Park on February 19. The investigation into the manner and cause of her death is still on-going. However, detectives have determined she left the Isle of Capri Casino on February 12 at about 7:40 p.m. in a red car driven by an unidentified person. Detectives would like to speak to the person driving this car or anyone who saw Ms. Vasquez getting into the car. Ms. Vasquez was wearing a hooded jacket, grey sweat pants and burgundy colored boots. Pictures of her at the casino that night are included in this message.
