Here's another FIRST LOOK at some of the signs we're gonna start seeing more as Kansas City campaign season ramps up.
Take a look:
CJ Gatlin's Sign Is Somewhat Suggestive But Still Eye-Catching:
Edward Bell's Campaign Website Is TOP NOTCH And Features The Best Playlist Of Any Kansas City Candidate
HEATHER HALL IS THE FIRST CANDIDATE TO START TALKING ABOUT NEIGHBORHOODS IN HER CAMPAIGN MATERIAL!!!

Seriously, this is a good move and as much as any candidate out North . . . Heather Hall knows her people and has great insight into the issues impacting her community.
By popular demand . . .
FIRST INQUIRY FOR THE TKC QUESTIONNAIRE: Do you support a streetcar extension without a citywide vote?!?!?
More in a bit . . .
I'm a one issue voter - streetcar.
ReplyDeleteVote for whoever you want, but for whoever gets elected, not long after they're sworn in, they'll be sat down, and also shaken down, by the usual insiders, grifters, and Chamber swells, and get a briefing on how things actually operate in KCMO government and who they really work for.
ReplyDeleteHint: It's NOT YOU.
Then business as usual will continue.
Thanks for playing.
Hopefully the candidates in the 3rd, 5th, and 6th districts will educate themselves about the racist Troy Schulte administration. Although, the 60 year old black woman that he, Terry Leeds, and Sherri McIntrye wrongfully discharged did receive $750,000 worth of city tax payer dollars. And we won't even talk about what he did to our first black city manager. Candidates, please educate yourselves.
ReplyDelete" beware of wolves in sheep's clothing"
ReplyDeleteIf you recognize the name, don't vote for them. NO MORE RETREADS! Let's get new minds at City Hall! Why do we continually recycle the same people? Let's give someone new an opportunity, it can't be any worse!
ReplyDeleteAll the way with CJ.
ReplyDeleteWhat an idiot.
There is going to be NO streetcar extensions.
ReplyDeleteWe're planning a 1000 Ford F-150 "march-protest" downtown for the toy train starter line opening day.
ReplyDeleteHeather Hall is LuAnn Ridgeway's puppet. Talk about a retread!
ReplyDeleteBells Website is Top Notch
ReplyDeleteHa, ha ha, ha ha ha.
The brainwashing is working.
If you wish to stop the nonsense at City Hall, the best place to start is with an end to the e-tax.
ReplyDeleteThe Only Mystery Is Why Everyone Persists In Talking About A Recovery
ReplyDeleteNow I get that they are under extreme pressure to sell the story that everything is rainbows and butterflies here in CKMO.
ReplyDeleteWonder if the Funk is busy and wants his old job back? He's looking rather good right about now don't you think?
ReplyDeleteMy question for the candidates - Is it that you just hate the working class here in KCMO and thus like to torment them or are you truly that stuck up your own asses that you just cannot see the light?
ReplyDeleteA saturday morning question to candidates, posted on a blog one at a time? Everyone knows that if you don't want something to be read and to go away you post it on Friday night Sat morning. This is rule number one for Washington politics and journalism.
ReplyDeleteIs TKC expecting the candidates to follow the blog and post in the comments section? Or is TKC going to actually get together a list of questions and send them to each candidate like everyother news org or political association does?
Unless its the latter, its one big joke pulled on the readers of this blog.
Take ten damn questions. Type them up and get the gosh darn candidates on the flippin record. Call out the ones that refuse. TKC is the only organization that would be remotely willing to do that, and obviously he is reluctant to do so. It seriously undermines his claims of doing what MSM doesn't.
I don't really care what the candidates say, I'd rather know what they don't want us to hear. Tony, don't waste your time on a questionnaire. That's boring.
ReplyDeletewaste his time? this blog is his job. where is he going to find these things "they don't want us to hear?"
ReplyDeleteI support streetcar expansion. So do well over 60% of my neighbors. The ones who represent 50% of this cities taxbase.
ReplyDeleteHeather Hall needs to get out of her Liberty bubble.
