THE TGR VOTING RECORD ELICITS OUTCRY FROM COMMUNITY LEADERS AND THERE'S WORD OF AN UPCOMING PRESS EVENT TO ADDRESS THE MATTER!!!
We're gonna keep this vague because we certainly don't want to talk about any of this in court as the legal mess surrounding this deal heats up.
Highlights:
- A veteran Kansas City political reporter who we respect is working on a better story than TKC bloggy goodness right now . . .
- Pay close attention the info coming out of the courthouse today. Mean Jean might soon raise an eyebrow at all of this talk . . .
- Some rather BRILLIANT AND AWESOME TKC Tipsters tell us that tonight's TGR event is cancelled on FB.
And none of this really speaks very well of TGR's political attempts to prove that she would be a good member of the Council.
Come to think of it . . . Can anybody name one thing she accomplished on the Jackson County Legislature???

ReplyDeleteSuperdaves' right about the fact that this kind of thing is just a tip of the iceberg in both KCMO and Jackson County, but when you have nothing but D-list celebrity "politicos" instead of regular citizens who would like to serve their communities in locally-elected offices, nothing much is going to change.

Well, I didn't ask. Cindy might not have wanted to answer that question. Shoot she might have even taken me off the press release list at her city office or at KCP&L, and without press releases I really would not have much to say. I really want the political class to like me. I need that.
