Take a look at the meting times and realize that election season is really the only time to put local politicos on the spot for answers about taxpayer money. Check it:

Sure lets show up and bitch about the budget like it does any good. They are going to do what they want no matter what you say or can prove at these meetings.
ReplyDeleteBryan Stalder provides a clear and mature choice to the two old people, and the very odd boy in the 4th District At Large race.
ReplyDeleteOur goal should be to remove Glover, and certainly make certain that Katheryn Shields does not bring the "weird" accounting practices that she used to nearly break the County to City Hall. The weird accounting practices really should have been what landed Katheryn in Federal Court. She would still be doing time.
We do not need to put up with Glover, who is lost most of the time. We do not have to give a crook the keys to the City Treasury. Bryan Stalder is the way to go.
Sheet just loot the taxpayer while the lootin's good it's easy as sheet!
ReplyDeleteWe need to shove Mindmixer up Sly and Troys hairy asses. Making important decisions based upon the feedback of ten morons on the internet is part of the problem.
ReplyDeleteIt's the Data! Big Data! 5 people responded saying we got to have the toy train!!
ReplyDeleteMindmixer
ReplyDeleteBwahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

ReplyDeleteBryan does offer the true alternative to Jim Glover. Not the crook.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure a major priority in the budget is to hire more assistant city managers, create new department directors of misc bullshit, hire more 311 operators to take complaints about crappy infrastructure, and to RIF more front-line service providers. That is Troy's game plan.
ReplyDeleteThey just hired Wes Minder to be another assistant city manager to do the same thing as Pat, nothing.
Delete5:54 pm: Wes Minder? Seriously. Doesn't surprise me though. He has his head so far up Russ Johnson's ass it's not even funny. Heard he went door to door for Russ's campaign. I thought that was illegal for a city employee

ReplyDeleteGet a soccer ball.
Bend over and grab ankle.
Shove the ball up your rectum.
Thanks for participating in your local government process.
Kansas City has less than five percent reserves for emergencies, but they can pay for a bogus train that goes two miles. City government should provide basic services and not subsidize bullshit like the Power and Light District. Kansas City politicians have done ass backwards accounting for years. They can't provide decent snow removal, but they will give tax breaks to any company who says they will create five jobs. What a disgusting state of affairs.
