Second call immediately before the 'accident'.
She was going 54 in a 35 before brakes were applied, not exactly NASCAR speed.
Below the apex of a blind hill, 7 people were filming the assault of her teenage daughter in the middle of the street.
They were abusing her and beating her in the middle of the street like this was India or something.
She comes racing over the crest of the hill to break up the fight and sees a swarm of them heading towards her already battered daughter.
(Keep in mind their own cell phone video indicates this is what they were doing)
She sees 7 people converging on her daughter. She is unarmed. She doesnt know if they are armed. If she gets out of the car she will likely be beaten to death.
The only way to save herself and her daughter was to run over those thugs.
That should be her defense.
