Here's a recent Dead Tree Media missive that didn't get much of a reaction but is still worth noting given that artsy types are fighting for their share of the budget too.     How do the inhabitants of KC, most of whom are poor and black, feel about paying taxes so that people from Johnson County can go to concerts?
