    Well, Chief - you won't make that pipe dream come true by stealing form citizens. Your hand in the East Patrol project leaves a permanent stain on your ability to build relationships. One the old folks die off - you're still at point A. Try again or wait til retirement. Either way, you're spinning your wheels here bearded fella.

    Once you become a chief of any department in KCK, you become a politian. Protecting your high paying job and benefits takes priority. The people at the top of this corrupt garbage dump are there for a reason. The 10 million dollar per year club are order takers.

    Smoke, mirrors, bullshit, lies and other peoples money are what has kept KCK and the UG in business for decades. The oath to go along to get along works well for a few.

    Failure pays well in KCK. If only people knew what really goes on inside the police and sheriff's departments it would provide an understanding of why nothing ever changes.

    Once you have experienced law enforcement officers lying their assess off, under oath, in WyCo court rooms with the assistance of the DA and the top cop(s), what the hell does it matter who has the top job. The point is, it doesn't matter. Next, please.
