"The first of the three injured suspects in the fatal shooting of a Shawnee business owner was released from the hospital Monday night.
"Nicquan Midgyett is now at the Johnson County Jail. He will face a judge next Thursday.
Hakeem Malik, a second suspect in the case, made his first court appearance on a first-degree murder charge Monday, via closed-circuit television from the Johnson County jail. He’s being held on a $500,000 bond."
