ReplyDeleteThanks god there's not a plan for a transit system running right by there! Because if there is one thing that's 100% true, it's that no development or revilatization occurs near fixed transit stops!
Just go to ahitholes like Minneapolis and Denver and look at how the areas around their light rail stops have killed businesses and eroded the tax base!
