  4. Wait a minute now. This is one block West of 42nd & Forest where I've heard about all the gentrification taking place. It's the very same block where the female dog groomer was killed by a black male animal. I heard in the comments section of this very site how "nice" the area was now because after all "gentrification" means white people have moved in and fixed up the falling down shitholes that black people created. My dad grew up on this very block. I feel sorry for this employee and the dog-groomer as they are just more victims of the violent black male. My dad was smart enough to leave unlike the the people who originally commented here a few weeks ago after the lady was murdered. You are free to live where you want but you trust the violent black animal entirely too much. I ask you people that commented how great the neighborhood is, how do you feel now? Yeah, your houses were probably cheap and you spent a lot of money and time fixing them up but you underestimated the culture that is literally just steps from your front door. I'd be selling if I were you. Let the animals have it and get out before you become a victim. And just because you haven't been one doesn't mean you won't be because you will. I do not underestimate the black animal.

  5. Actually, in the real world, not the internet screechesphere of sub-rube-an white fearbots, crime is WAY WAY WAY down.
