Today's Kansas City parade of losers at the K sets a bad precedent in much the same way that prizes for participation damage self-esteem more than help young scholars . . . (TKC Full-Disclosure: This is all theory . . . You least favorite blogger never participated in anything.)
Anyhoo . . .
Just a bit of TKC Advice . . .
BOYCOTT THE DEPRESSING KANSAS CITY ROYALS LOSER FESTIVAL OF FAIL BECAUSE IT SETS A BAD EXAMPLE THAT LOSING SHOULD BE CELEBRATED!!!
Not really . . . But I'm wondering if JoCo suburbanites will be as tough with their own fanboy instincts as they are on talk radio or with their step-children.
And for those with the luxury of skipping work . . . Maybe taking a bit of time to celebrate a decidedly week talent pool in the American League this year that facilitated the rise of the mediocre Royals might be worthy of celebration.

You are the epitome of "douchebag," Tony. Go fuck yourself. Better yet, go hang from Joe Buck's nutsack, you piece of shit.
ReplyDeleteCelebrate losing ? When Alex Gordon didn't score on that ball bobbled at the wall, relayed to a shortstop in left field, who would have had to make a PERFECT THROW TO THE PLATE", they Royals were cooked. Against a pitcher with mojo like Bumgarner, you only get a chance or two. By not advancing runners and scoring said runners with clutch hits/or fly outs, you lose. Maybe next year Royals. Ned Yost, total moron.
ReplyDelete1 stolen base in the 7 game series. Pathetic. You can make all the excuses you want. 1 stolen base. Ned, your balls are smaller than Tony's after a night wearing his skinny jeans with the zipper in the back.
Toni Boner is obviously not the only Tony the Twat anymore.
ReplyDeleteDon't fret Tony! The Royals will never take your "Biggest Looser" title away no matter what they do.
ReplyDeleteTony you really are a dick!
ReplyDeleteWhy do I read this blog? I guess it's like when I drive by a double-fatality car wreck. I am ashamed of myself, but I just have to look.
ReplyDeleteShout out to the boys in blue! You played a helluva season and gave us all a reason to be proud. Beyond that, you did a lot for the community and conducted yourselves like gentlemen. So many pro athletes today are trainwrecks, but I'd be happy for a kid to emulate any player on the Royals roster.
ReplyDeleteGreat job and we're already looking forward to 2015!
The Royals behaved like a bunch of sluts last night and should be bullied on Facebook.
ReplyDeleteWe're still waiting for our celebration.
ReplyDeleteI went, it was a fun time.
