Tonight we're sending a shout out to our Kansas City Jewish Community at the outset of Rosh Hashanah. As always, Bar Refaeli in a bikini is our standard bearer for all things related to Israel and/or our local denizens of this ancient faith . . . Surprisingly, a lot of people don't know that Kansas City is home to a vibrant Jewish Community who have consistently contributed to the culture of this city and now mostly JoCo. Also, it doesn't take a lot for us to celebrate this broad's hotness.
And so . . .
Here's a few things to think about amid this Rosh Hashanah high holiday in the year 1 Tishrei 5775.
- Once again it's important to realize that Israel is the only ally of the U.S. in the ongoing War against Terror . . .
- Ferguson rioting continues and remains a sign that serious division in the U.S. and in Missouri is deeper than a lot of people think . . . This isn't exactly a Rosh Hashanah topic but brings to mind the topic of overall harmony and peace (or lack thereof) that every great religion hopes to attain or promote.
- Given recent attacks and the ongoing global conflict . . . Is Kansas City prepared for the increased possibility of a "lone wolf" terrorist attack???
All of these topics are worthy of serious consideration tonight as we not only celebrate diversity but also contemplate the future.

It used to be that to come to America, you had to be able to take a joke. It was part of the initiation rites - a small price you paid to be allowed to join a better country. Now I'm supposed to kiss your butt, pretend the country you came from is better than the U.S. and worship your religion while you piss on mine.
