SHOW-ME SPILLOVER: KCPD TAKE HEAT AMID FERGUSON, MISSOURI HOT MESS!!!

Here's a report revealing that push back against the police across the State is having an impact here in this cowtown . . .

NBC ACTION NEWS: The shooting of an unarmed teenager in Ferguson, Mo., could be contributing to a spike in complaints of mistreatment by KCPD officers.

In reality, this is a national trend as so much civil unrest and reporting on local "militarized" police has created a backlash that now includes Kansas City.

  1. What we think about we bring about.

    Seek love and understanding.

Look in the mirror and affirm God's love and presence in yourself. Then you will see others in the same light.

Self respect begins at home and then it is reflected towards others.

We must respect authority and rules in order to live in society and make progress.

  2. It's way past time to just let blacks run their own neighborhoods into the gutter so it matches the rest of what passes for black civilization.

  4. Cops are killers hiding behind a badge......BEWARE8/20/14, 8:09 AM

Cops are nasty ass killers. They hide behind the badge.

Check any cop during shift change and you will see them loading bags in their trunks or front seats. Ever wonder what is in those bags ? Answer: throw downs.

What is a "throw down"? After they shoot your ass they will drop a unmarked, clean weapon of some type down near you and their killing is "justified".

And no that is not the Timothy Oliphant "Justified".

Moral of this story: Avoid the killer cops. And don't trust a snitch. Free speech may not be really free.

  9. I can sure understand the KCPD complaints given the violent and abusive nature of some of the officers on the street.

  14. Hello Denizen -

We serve and protect rape rings, torture rings, riffs between fire departments and police. We have all the money we need because we have grandma scarred and the KKK behind us. So fuck off, we do what we want.

    Sincerely

  15. Think about what it must be like to be a cop that patrols a black area and how miserable it has to be. You see the worst of the worst. Every. Single. Day. For every worthless black person that dies or goes to prison, there are 100 more just like him to take his place. For your job you witness up close a perpetual cycle of violent losers who have zero ambition to legally improve their lot in life. It has to be crushing to see such stupidity all of the time.

  16. Many years ago, my husband worked the East side as a telephone man.
He was the guy who hooked up your service and brought you a phone (back in the days when the phone co did that).
He hated it. He saw so much child neglect (it was before we had children), human abuse, vermin infestation, and drug abuse that he finally left for a better neighborhood.
It finally got to the point that even telephone men would not enter the neighborhoods after noon. There was just too much crime, and their trucks were regularly broken into. Then a female installer (there were very few, this was the first one in the area) got assaulted. The company has to pull her out and assign her only around Ward Parkway.
I dont know what people want. When you behave badly, you are going to get treated badly. I sympathise with good black people who are loving, giving, and very generous. My only question is "Why do you tolerate this behavior?" I live in the suburbs in Kansas, and we absolutely would not tolerate behavior that we see every day east of Troost.
Until blacks refuse to tolerate the bad behavior of their neighbors, this situation will not end.

  17. 1:37 Well said. You know the bad part? That was decades ago. It is 10 times worse than that now. My dad went to Paseo High School and was prejudice. My young, ignorant, self used to tell him he was wrong. After all, I knew some black kids from my school in JOCO. Then I went to college. Turns out I was the one who was wrong. Those black kids I knew from school that were decent were the minority of the minority. My 20's and beyond opened my eyes to the realities of the black race and how truly bad they are. I find it odd that when I hear white people who defend black people they inevitably have had very little experience with black people. I would like to get those people in my car and take them to 35th & Prospect and tell them to get out. Guarantee their defense of black people stops right then and there. In the end the defenders of them are the ones most scared of them. They never live anywhere near them. It's easy to call someone "racist" from their home in Leawood. They never live on 20th & Topping or on Benton Blvd.

  18. To the innercity,
I am sorry. I know life should not be the way it is for you. You should not have to grow up in fear, inferior education, inferior infrastructure, inferior services. Your predacessors have made it that way. It is up to you to change and make it better. Even if I had the perfect solution it would just be another "whitey trying to save the black man". It is your leaders, elected officials, and those who blame others for their mistakes, who are to blame. When is the last time there were awards for the best black architect, best black doctor, best black lawyer? All we see is actors, athletes, so called civil rights leaders and entertainers. When the black community starts promoting achievable success not just those who are famous, praise education excellence not put it down as a white thing then the community will come around. When people see what others do and see the situation they are in and say to themselves, "I don't want to be in jail, or on drugs, or pregnant at 16, or worse dead", "I want to do something to make a living at" then maybe things will change
