ReplyDeleteYes they are the worst states for new parents. However, Latinos are still managing the fact that half their births (50 percent)are bastard. While blacks are approaching an all tine world record where 78 percent of their births are bastard children. Maybe MO_KAN can make it just a little harder fir new parents of bastard kids that we all get to pay for.
