Here's something Kansas City needs to think about for the early morning hours . . .
LOCAL MAINSTREAM MEDIA IS KEEPING KANSAS CITY STUPID AND PLAYING UP WORLD CUP HYPE WHILE MISSING THE SERIOUS PROTEST OVER THE CONTROVERSIAL GAMES!!!
Yes, a great many Kansas City social media nincompoops celebrated the World Cup in the Downtown Kansas City D-Bag Central otherwise known as the P&L District: KC fans savor U.S. World Cup win over Ghana
I don't know if it's really a victory given that U.S. athletes could barely overcome a team from a country so impoverished that at least 1/3 or the players are suffering from malnutrition.
But what's most interesting to our blog community during these dark hours . . .
KANSAS CITY MAINSTREAM MEDIA ISN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING THAT BRAZIL HATES THE WORLD CUP AND THE GAMES HAVE BEEN MET WITH SERIOUS RESISTANCE AND PUSH BACK!!!
Dead Tree media Kansas City and so many ad based publications want to turn everything into a commercial . . . But here @ TKC we don't care to help sell $9 beers at a place that still loses more than $15 MIL+ for this town every year.
Check the global news that local mainstream media is keeping dark:
Vice Magazine: How So Many Football-Loving Brazilians Ended Up Hating the World Cup
Slate: How the World Cup Made Brazil Hate Its Own National Team. Blame FIFA.
Animal NY: Picture Rio: Why So Many Brazilians Hate the World Cup
And all of these links remind us why the TKC Boycott continues to overall devastate the P&L District.
Hopefully, we'll have more important BREAKING/EXCLUSIVE NEWS, discussion, debate, discourse, hateration and all kinds of good stuff the morning update . . . STAY TUNED!!!
No food sharing for Brazil?
ReplyDeleteWatch out. The soccer weenies get their tampons all twisted up when you attack their game
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightfully jealous rage, all derived merely from the sight of people enjoying themselves.
ReplyDeleteYour bitter tears enrich my otherwise simple life by making me realize my life isn't all that bad. I could hate where I live, fear progress, and be unable to cope without making mind-boggling connections between unrelated things.
Cry us a river. For we will all bathe in your bitter tears together and be stronger for it.
By the way hows that dead polar bear treating you.
ReplyDeleteThe reason Tony hates this celebration is because of where it is taking place. If this were to be at zona rosa not an issue, but at p&l so clearly these people don't care about the Brazilians that live with a corrupt government. All I can say is ours is corrupt too sooooooo
ReplyDelete12:45 Right on. I don't like soccer but here is what I see: A bunch of people getting together and having a good time. No reports of crime or violence that I'm aware of. Let's say this was a gathering of just two black people. Some sort of violent crime would of taken place.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the post about World Cup. Just a tip about those who don't live in countries that stream world cup online. You can use UnoTelly to remove the geoblock and stream World Cup 2014 in your country free worldcup.unotelly.com
Amazing, huge crowd, peaceful and having fun.
ReplyDeleteNOTICE: Few if any Negros ~
You cannot be serious! Whoever wrote this seems to think the players from Ghana are suffering from malnutrition. LoL. So they had enough $ to fly 23 players, a dozen training staff members, and all the coaches to Brazil...including all of their equipment. But they don't have $ for food? That's preposterous! Irresponsible writing..

ReplyDeleteDon't drink the TKC Haterade/....GO USA!
ReplyDeleteI tune it all out. And it’s kind of a relief to not have to listen to this crowds inane exhortations anymore, especially the idiotic shrieking that “We’re number one!”
ReplyDeleteBrazil...A really big country that 99% of the world doesn't know exists.
ReplyDeleteLong ago, Portugal decided it would change its language just enough so that it wouldn't exactly be Spanish. The rest is history.
ReplyDeleteSoccer is the game of the future! Soon soccer will draw larger crowds than football. We'll need huge stadiums! Therefore, we are moving from Arrowhead to a much smaller stadium in KCK!
ReplyDeleteTony should love soccer. It's the favorite sport of illegal aliens.
