Sadly, the toy train is getting most of the infrastructure money from water bonds: "Raw sewage discharging into a creek in one neighborhood has people who live nearby upset. Neighbors near 70th and Jackson say a pipe is discharging raw sewage into their backyards. Homeowners told FOX 4 News they often are overwhelmed by foul odors when outside in their yards. They traced the source to a creek at the back of their properties. A pipe coming from a home on the 7000 block of Jackson is propped up on concrete blocks and stops over the creek."

So is it coming from a residence or is this connected to the sewer line?
ReplyDeleteSome neighbors claim the problem started after the city installed storm drains some time ago. There are combined storm and sanitary sewer lines in areas of the city that are being upgraded as part of $5 billion 25 year infrastructure project.
ReplyDeleteGenuine CK quality comes to mind.
Sounds about right. $5 billion for half ass repairs and so called upgrades.
ReplyDeleteYUK!
ReplyDeleteJust throw in a statue and call it a fountain.
ReplyDeleteThen demand some contributions from the "City of Fountains Fund".
Mission accomplished!
