For the first time in Missouri's history, a legislative committee is hearing testimony on a recreational marijuana bill.
Most Missouri adults would be able to buy and use recreational marijuana under a bill being considered by a state House panel.
That's great . . . But dig deeper and try to see through all the smoke a mirrors and you'll see this bill:
SB 951 Allows medical marijuana for medical use and provides that it shall be taxed at 8 percent of the purchase price
