White people don't draw the lines for anybody, black people do. When's the last time you heard, "You don't want to go to that area, that's where all the white people live?" It's the black neighborhoods that are unsafe, not white. Even among very poor white people of West Virginia you are infinitely safer anywhere there as opposed to any black hood.
