ReplyDeleteWhat the Health Care Navigators do is exactly what insurance agents do. If Missouri requires a license of insurance agents, the same should be required of Navigators, an agent by another name.
ReplyDeleteI purchased health insurance from an LICENCED agent in MO. When I needed the insurance, it wasn't there. I fought for a year to get what I paid for. I'm out $22 grand. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM CONARTISTS.
