ReplyDeleteClose to 40% of the murders in KCMO end up in the cold case file because no one ever comes forward with information. And this one will tragically end the same way.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile more millions for Aim4Peace, NoVa, and all the COMBAT nonprofit hangers-on.
And then crime will be discussed during Sly's re-election campaign and he'll say all the right things just like he did last time around and then chase after the next bright shiny thing and we'll have over 100 murders in 2014.
The sad fact is that all these tragedies are just not high on city hall's agenda and the programs are little more than efforts of the same old groups to get funded.
