The Price Of Politicizing Justice By Dr. Ernest Evans
In modern American politics when one politico makes an egregious mistake that creates a media frenzy those in similar positions are careful to take note and to try and avoid the usually painful fate of the offending politico. So, in the aftermath of the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman controversy, prosecutors all over the country are "on notice" that if they repeat the mistake of the judicial authorities in Sanford, Florida and fail to prosecute a case of white-on-black violence, they could be at the center of the next media frenzy. Predictably, in the past 18 months prosecutors have been falling all over themselves to immediately file charges in any case that even has a hint of white racism.
Prince George's County, Maryland has been in the middle of a crime disaster since 2001 that has earned it the name of "Gory Prince George's." In 2000 there were 71 homicides in PGC, in 2001 there were 123--in 2005 they set a county record with173 homicides. Even today the homicide totals for the county are well above what they were in 2000. This surge in homicides in PGC took place in a time context where around the nation most jurisdictions were seeing sharp drops in homicide totals. The reasons for this crime disaster are pretty straight forward: In 2001 in a prosecution that was widely seen as heavily politicized a young PGC policewoman named Stephanie Mohr was sentenced to 8 years in federal prison on civil rights charges. The rest of the cops in PGC took notice and acted accordingly, as the following quote from a PGC cop indicates: "We on the PGPD for the most part are now looking the other way. After almost (deleted) years on the job I find this disheartening but a necessary fact to survive in today's, what appears to most officers, an ANTI-POLICE environment. We are even being told by some supervisors to keep a low profile so 'you're not next of the front page.' "
The KC-area can learn an important lesson from the crime disaster that has devastated PGC. We, too, have had our share of highly publicized cases charging cops with racism against minorities--the Sofia Salva case in 2007-2008, the Yvette Hayes case in 2007, and the just-ajudicated Alfredo Ponce case. And, we, like the rest of the nation, are caught up in a media and Internet frenzy over racism that began in early 2012 over the tragic death of Trayvon Martin. So, if we allow our local judicial process to be politicized, we could end up facing the same sort of crime disaster that has taken place in PGC since Stephanie Mohr was railroaded in 2001. And, as Det. Columbo would say, "Just one more thing": PGC is 85% black, Asian and Hispanic--so most of the crime victims there since 2001 have been racial minorities. There is a price in blood for allowing the Politically Correct Thought Police to take over the judicial system, and that price in blood is usually paid by racial minorities in poor neighborhoods.

Here locally, as in other big cities, the "Terror" of you and your family's destruction is at hand, if you make the mistake of uttering ANYTHING that would or could lead ANY of the nation's 40 million African Americans and 200 million liberals, constantly on gaurd, to accuse YOU of RACISM!! Identity politics in Kansas City's inner city triumphs the stench of death and indeed, we shall overcome common sense for the greater good of chaos.

Or why he chose that particular county among all the counties in the U.S. to highlight?
Actually, 10:11, I'm not afraid of niggers. I just prefer my freedom to the hassles associated with killing them. And that is just what I would do if confronted by one. So I go the other way. Because, unlike blacks, I love my wife and my kids enough to stick around and raise them instead of letting them run loose like vermin.

While his stipulation, that "Not all black kids are doing this..." is correct, stereotypes exist for a reason. They are generalities that are fact based. In addition to that fact, there is the threat of prison for those who stand up to the aggression, the wide spread, unceassing agression from the malevelant bedrock of hate that exists in the African American cummunity for whites. At this point, no one in the US is stupid enough to beleive, that unless it is on video, or there are many, many witness' to any resistance to African American aggression, then the price to pay, will be far too steep. Jail time, media opprobrium, loss of employment etc etc. The legal system will bend over backwards and, as seen in the Trayvon Martin case, fabricate information, send at taxpayer expense, rabble rousers to influence an outcome that the Justice Department hopes for. The Media will fabricat information, as did NBC, twist facts and obfuscate the obvious truth in an effort to provide a sacrifice and impetus to the lies of white on black racism and violence, when anyone with room temp IQ, knows it is not only the exact opposite, it is the exact opposite by a light year.
So yeah, we white pussy boys know when the most of the entire nation, including the 4th Estate, the Main Stream Media, our Politicians and our liberal overlords hate our guts, and we are going to stay under the bed, because, just like the Knockout Game, the odds are very bad.

Dear 10:11AM: Thank you for your comments!! As for the homicide totals for PGC, it is hard to get statistics--cities and counties with serious crime problems usually make it hard to get comprehensive stats on their crime problems in a frantic effort to cover up what is going on. For example, the Department of Justice in the US lists only three races for homicide victims: Black, white and other; ie, they do not keep stats on homicides for Hispanics--instead these homicides are listed under "white." A rather transparent attempt to hide an ugly reality: The extent to which, all over the nation, those most victimized by crime are people of color. As for the homicide stats for PGC after 2005, here they are: 2006 (134) 2007 (145) 2008 (134) 2009 (95) 2010 (91) 2011 (106). Remember, in 2000 in PGC there were only 71 homcides--ten years after the Stephanie Mohr case the homicide stats for 2011 (106) are well above the totals for 2000. This is a significant fact because it is so "out of step" with national crime trends: In most cities and counties in the US, homicide totals in 2011 were sharply lower than they were in 2000. Something happened in PGC after 2000 that caused a surge in homicides that went against national trends in crime--and I feel what that something was the unfair prosecution of Stephanie Mohr. Now, as to why I focused on PGC in comparsion to KCMO, it was simply that in contemporary KCMO there is a lot of the same dangerous PC-type thinking that led to the crime disaster in PGC. Here in KCMO we ignore the lessons of the crime disaster in PGC at our peril. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my memo, and I hope that this answers your questions.
