    IN late creaking news KC Mayor Slyman announced that beginning in January 2014 citizens can rent booths to sell flea market and Craig list goods. Space will be made available in every police station in the metro. The Mayor did not specify the costs of renting a boot, but said it should be slightly less than a red light ticket.
